We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our Social Services & Wellbeing Children's commissioning team at Bridgend County Borough Council.

About the Role

This is a key role in shaping and transforming services, contributing towards our change agenda through effective strategic planning, development, and monitoring of essential social care services.

You will work closely with our key partners in provider services, health, and the Third Sector to improve outcomes for children social care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve social care services

  • Monitor and evaluate service performance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh.
