Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Accounts to join their team in a client-facing role. As a key member of the firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, reviewing budgets and projections, and completing compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a client portfolio on an ongoing basis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Review and analyze budgets and projections prepared by Client Managers, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Complete own compliance work, including preparation of accounts, tax, partnership, and individual tax returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of post-qualified experience in a senior management role, preferably in a financial services firm.
- ACA/ACCA qualified, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
