Senior Design Engineer - Architectural Metalwork and Ceilings

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to join our team at CV Library, a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal ceilings and bespoke architectural metalwork. With installations in some of the most iconic buildings worldwide, our company is at the forefront of innovation, design, and technical acoustic expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the latest AutoCAD and Revit software to undertake design work, ensuring seamless product integration and meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Mentor and train junior team members and apprentices, helping to build a strong, capable design team that can tackle complex projects with confidence.
  • Conduct site surveys and attend factory visits and client meetings, representing the company in a professional manner and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage design-related documentation, from initial concepts through to final approval and issue of drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales design assistance for installation teams and clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of design principles and software applications.
  • Experience in leading and supporting design teams, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
