About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join IDEX Consulting Ltd as a Commercial Insurance Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping the development of our commercial team from a technical perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with panel insurers to drive performance and develop accounts strategically.
- Placement work for technical and large commercial cases.
- Meet and provide technical advice to key commercial clients.
- Identify process improvements to support overall revenue growth.
- Data analytics and MI analysis to identify and shape trends and opportunities.
- Support training and development for handling staff.
- Represent the brokerage at insurer events and industry functions.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a background in commercial insurance and a passion for placement work and managing relationships with the market.
