About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Leicester. As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice and representation across both civil and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to completion.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
  • Liaise with clients, other solicitors, and court personnel in a professional manner.
  • Support and mentor junior staff when required.
About You
  • You must be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in Litigation (Civil or Commercial).
  • You should have a strong understanding of the litigation process and proven advocacy skills.
  • You should have excellent communication and client care abilities.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
