Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge, recommending products to customers and providing expert advice.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Process cash transactions and operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately.
  • Restock shelves and ensure products are presented in a visually appealing manner.
  • Support the team in achieving store targets and promotions, working collaboratively to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Passion for sports, fashion, and fitness, with a strong interest in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
