Job Description

Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Up to £75k plus bonus and company benefits

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our Senior Leadership Team at We Are Adam. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making and business planning, using financial data and analysis to inform key decisions.
  • Develop and execute medium to long-term financial plans to enhance business profitability.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board, management, and statutory accounts.
  • Maintain the company's credit policy and oversee cash flow reporting, assessing credit limits and risks for customers and suppliers.
  • Enhance financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement in Finance function processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA accounting.
  • Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand business drivers.
