Pension Projects Consultant Opportunity

BWD Search is working with a leading Pensions Consultancy to find experienced Pension Projects Consultants to join their team at various levels on a permanent basis. Our client is open to remote working and has offices across the UK.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled pensions professional with strong UK DB Pensions experience, whether from the DB administration side or from hands-on experience of managing different pension-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and client-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage pension-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Analyze and interpret complex data to inform project decisions and recommendations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DB Pension administration or project management
  • Excellent project management, data analysis, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
