As a Chatterbox Coach, you will have the opportunity to work with learners from diverse backgrounds and cultures, helping them to improve their language skills and achieve their goals. Our platform is designed to provide a supportive and inclusive environment, allowing you to build meaningful connections with your learners and make a real difference in their lives.

We are particularly interested in hearing from degree-educated professionals who have experienced economic exclusion and/or disadvantages while looking for work. If you identify with any of the following groups, we encourage you to apply:

  • Parents returning to work after a career break
  • People aged 50+
  • Refugees and asylum seekers (with the right to work)

As a Chatterbox Coach, you will be provided with full onboarding and support every step of the way. You will receive guidance on how to use our systems, materials, and tools to facilitate your online sessions with learners. Our Coach orientation is fully online and self-paced, and you will be paid according to our regular onboarding hourly rate.

Once you have completed your online onboarding, you will move on to work with our corporate clients. As a Chatterbox Coach, your overall hourly rate will be between £10 - £13.15 per coaching hour.
