Financial Services Coordinator

As a Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Planning team in delivering exceptional client service administration. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule financial planner activities, including client meetings and presentations.
- Support the submission of new business proposals by completing and distributing relevant documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, as well as third-party providers.
- Manage the operational and administrative servicing of existing clients, including preparation of client review reports and recommendation reports.
- Liaise with third parties to request policy information, fund switches, and instruct transfers of stock and/or cash.
- Contribute to the development of the department by participating in improvement projects and procedural updates.
- Experience in financial services administration, preferably in the wealth management or investment sector.
- Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high volumes of work.
- Confident communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent written skills.
- Competent IT skills and experience using client management/financial planning tools.
- Familiarity with dealing with third parties and provider platforms.
- 25 days' holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, with the option to 'buy' up to 35 hours of extra holiday.
