The service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, requiring flexibility in your availability (both waking night & sleeps are available). We are recruiting for permanent roles, both full-time and part-time.
About the RoleWe are seeking support workers to work with a diverse group of individuals who may have one or more of the following challenges:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Mental health needs
- Learning and/or physical disabilities
- Autism
- Drug/Alcohol misuse
- Forensic backgrounds
- Homelessness
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible individual with excellent communication skills who shares our passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
The role does not require any previous experience, as full training will be provided.
It is essential that the person in this role understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality and always showing respect and dignity to those they are supporting.
