Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to contribute to our team, bringing expertise in visual communications and creative design. This role is crucial in developing high-impact visual materials that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging event materials, including stage sets, brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Design sales collateral, such as SPEX packs and promotional materials.
  • Develop eye-catching web banners and digital ads for various platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat to produce and finalize designs.
  • Work with internal event and media stakeholders to create dynamic visuals for marketing materials, websites, and media.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
  • Manage client expectations and iterate quickly based on project needs.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, with the ability to give and receive constructive design feedback.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' experience in professional commercial design, preferably in exhibition and events.
  • Ability to take direction and work cohesively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors during production and post-production.
  • Produce work that is innovative and achieves client objectives.
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
