Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure supplier invoices are approved and processed in a timely manner
  • Manage supplier queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Perform bank and statement reconciliations, payments, and postings
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
  • Support the AP team leader with invoice queries and other relevant issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years' experience in high-volume purchase ledger
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail
  • Confident and outgoing communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables is an advantage
What We Offer:
