Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team at JGA Recruitment Group. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and training payroll team members to support the delivery of a first-class, high-volume payroll service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Payroll administrators to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
- Oversee the management of staff and escalated payroll requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide payroll subject matter expertise to support the delivery of complex payroll services.
- Manage the delivery of an accurate high-volume payroll from end to end, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and manage staff KPIs and client contract/SLAs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven payroll management and team leadership experience, with a strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
