About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and ROI.
  • Conduct audience research and create compelling ad copy and visuals to maximise engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed KPIs and business goals.
  • Implement conversion tracking and integrations with platforms like Google Analytics and CRM systems.

Organic Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive organic social media strategies that align with clients' brand objectives.
  • Engage with audiences, manage social media interactions, and foster positive relationships across social platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging social media content.
  • Oversee the creation of a variety of content types, including images, videos, and infographics.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, creative, and data teams to ensure cohesive and effective social media strategies.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on campaign performance, along with insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing both paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms.
  • Strong skills in social media content creation, including multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical abilities to interpret performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a marketing agency environment.
  • Familiarity with AI and data analytics.
  • Certification in Facebook Blueprint or similar platforms.
