Position Overview

As a Deal Desk Analyst at Werfen, your primary responsibility will be to streamline the processing of customer proposals and requests from field personnel within the Commercial Operations sector. You will be instrumental in facilitating deal processing for designated sales teams, ensuring both profitability and rapid transaction execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Accurately manage offers and requests while achieving targets related to gross profit and average selling price.
  • Provide guidance to the Sales Organization on structuring lucrative offers.
  • Establish approval protocols, standardized documentation, and deal checklists to enhance processing efficiency.
  • Engage collaboratively with field staff and internal departments as necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective and respectful communication with internal clients.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in deal processing, contracting, or sales operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Proficiency in Werfen's offer and pricing systems, SAP, CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Travel Expectations:

Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required for this role.
