Key Responsibilities:

* Advise line management on the implementation of new or existing QHSE related legislation, rules, and company standards.
* Undertake prevention and improvement inspections on a regular basis and ensure records are maintained.
* Investigate accidents and ensure all documentation is updated.
* Work with HSE representatives to manage and improve environmental and safety performance.
* Support a monthly QHSE Communication Strategy for all sites and levels of staff.
* Perform ISO audits to plan.
* Undertake QHSE risk assessments on a regular basis.
* Monitor and report non-conformances.
* Assist in maintaining and improving all current quality accreditations and work towards the attainment of new quality accreditations.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a QHSE role, ideally in a technical or manufacturing environment.
* Significant knowledge of and interest in ISO9001:2015.
* Internal auditing, compliance, and maintenance of relevant standards, risk assessment experience, and an understanding of and the ability to interpret SHEQ-related legislation.
* Excellent verbal, written, and PC communication skills.
* Experience of quality management systems and process control.
* Experience of BSI ISO 9001, BSI ISO 14001, and BSI ISO45001 standards.

What We Offer:

* A competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience).
* A permanent day shift working Monday to Friday, 37 hours.
* Full-time, permanent employment (although we will consider 30 hours).
* A range of benefits, including 23-25 days' annual leave, plus statutory days, and parking.
