Bus Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious individual to drive our Enviro 300 bus to various bus rallies across the UK.

As a bus driver for the GX06 DYW Preservation Group, you will be responsible for conducting pre-trip safety checks, transporting passengers, and ensuring the safe return of the bus and passengers after the event.

While this role is unpaid, you will gain valuable experience and skills, and have the opportunity to drive a unique and historic vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-trip safety checks to ensure the bus is roadworthy
  • Transport passengers to and from bus rallies
  • Ensure the safe return of the bus and passengers after the event
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Requirements
  • Must be 25 or over
  • Must hold a valid PSV license
  • Must have no more than 6 penalty points on your license

Please note that this is a voluntary role, and you will be part of a small team of drivers who share a passion for preserving historic vehicles.
