About the Role:

Tetra Tech is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Geo Environmental Consultant to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Graduate Geo Environmental Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering geo-environmental consultancy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the design, procurement, supervision, and management of geotechnical and geo-environmental ground investigations.
  • Undertake desktop study assessments to identify potential environmental risks and opportunities.
  • Collect and analyze site data to inform project decisions.
  • Produce detailed reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct ground gas and groundwater monitoring works and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in geology, engineering geology, environmental science, or a related subject.
  • A genuine interest in the field of geo-environmental consultancy and a willingness to learn and progress.
  • Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to create, manage, and analyze information.
  • A commitment to studying towards professional qualification.
  • Strong analytical, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle (desirable).
