Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Product Data Specialist to join our Product Data Integration (PDI) team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our customer experience and increasing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Data enrichment in data management systems for new and existing items.
- Produce and maintain associated kit protocol booklets in line with guidelines and input from wider teams.
- Carry out data updates in a timely manner with high attention to detail.
- Carry out data quality checks, including screening potential new data images.
Requirements
You will have a degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, with experience in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and/or Flow Cytometry. You will be able to follow defined processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiencies.
You will have strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills to resolve internal and external product data queries in a timely manner.
You will be able to prioritize and process large amounts of data in a logical and efficient manner, ensuring our customers receive accurate, up-to-date product information quickly.
