Textile Designer Job Opportunity

Our client, a family-run business with a rich history in the Pakistan textile industry, is seeking an experienced Textile Designer to join their home textile design team. With over 50 years of experience, they continue to push for excellence in all their products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating designs for the UK printed bed linen market, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and delivering high-quality designs on tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing designs based on client briefs and market research
  • Creating trend boards and analyzing market data
  • Visiting clients and exhibitions in the UK and overseas
  • Compiling market research and range analysis for bedding
  • Supporting other team members as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in hand-painting skills and multiple techniques
  • Knowledge of Office 365 and design software such as AVA, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Excellent color, pattern, and composition skills
