Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Provide personal and professional estate agency services to ensure a top-notch customer experience.
  • Lettings Management: Oversee the day-to-day lettings process, lead meetings, and coach colleagues when necessary.
  • Property Listings: Successfully list properties for landlords, ensuring they receive the best service and support.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current market conditions and develop an expert reputation in the local area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with your team to strategize and match tenants to properties.
Requirements
  • Relationship Building: A knack for building great relationships and converting valuations into listings.
  • Drive and Enthusiasm: Self-motivated, with energy, passion, and a desire to succeed.
  • Problem Solver: The ability to "get stuck in" and take on challenges, turning ordinary outcomes into extraordinary results.

  • Driving License: A full driving license is required.
  • Previous experience in lettings
  • Valuation experience
