Teaching Assistant SEN Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading prep school as a Teaching Assistant SEN. The school is committed to providing a nurturing environment that encourages every child to be their best self.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with special educational needs and be able to demonstrate a kind, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.

The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team to provide a holistic and dynamic educationally, while upholding traditional values and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing individualized support to students as needed
  • Contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture
