Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store, ensuring it showcases our wonderful donations and maintaining a tidy and accessible space.
  • Support with sales, stock rotation, organising displays, and store tidying.
  • Represent Age UK in a professional manner and reflect our core values.
  • Handle and lift bags of stock (up to 10kgs).
Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry bags of stock up to 10kg's.
  • Teamwork and lone working skills.
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and gender issues, with a commitment to equal opportunities.
  • Flexible approach to work, including additional days to cover holidays and sickness.
