Job Title: Head of Compliance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Compliance Professionals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our client's compliance program is effective and up-to-date, and that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee the implementation of AML/CTF policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all staff are trained on compliance matters
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies as necessary
  • Manage the Financial Crime and Compliance function
  • Prepare and present the MLRO annual report

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance and regulatory affairs
  • Strong understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements
  • Detailed understanding of financial services compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
