The successful candidate will develop key business rules, identify key patient cohorts, and develop real-time metrics on all patients and testing in our Real-World Data repository, enabling powerful analyses and insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to Strategic Objectives: Deliver against the team's strategic objectives and report on progress.
- Develop Scalable Solutions: Solve problems in a scalable way that benefits multiple clients of DXRX.
- Assist in RD Practices: Assist in research and development practices, including experimentation, documentation, and innovation capture.
- Create Diagnostic Deductive Pathways: Assist in creating new Diagnostic Deductive Pathways (DDPs), business rules, and eligibility criteria from internal or client requests.
- Validate Business Rules: Carry out detailed validation of business rules and eligibility criteria with cross-functional agreement from additional teams.
- Enhance Lab Data: Assist in labelling our lab data and enhancing our LLM through work in Annotation Lab.
- Track Business Rules: Assist with tracking of business rules and logic per project/product, ensuring repeatability and traceability.
- Bespoke Analysis: Assist with bespoke analysis of disease-specific projects and in-depth patient journey analysis.
- Data Wrangling: Assist with reducing data wrangling time for the IES team, particularly the data analysts and business analysts.
- Data Strategy: Maintain a strong focus on the data strategy of the team, including GAP analysis and data utilization.
- Data Quality Control: Maintain excellent data quality control processes at all levels.
- Training and Development: Assist with training within the wider company on understanding our data sources and their applications.
- People Skills: Demonstrated ability in leadership, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Disease expertise, ability to translate disease knowledge into real-world data to derive enhanced insights, data handling, analytics/statistics, and interpretation and validation of results.
- Initiative and Independence: Highly self-motivated with the initiative to drive projects forward, thriving in collaborative, fast-paced team environments.
