The Role: Qualified Teacher with SEND Experience

Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with students to understand their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Develop and deliver differentiated lesson plans that cater to diverse learning abilities.

  • Collaborate with parents, therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated instruction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
