As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support to managers on all aspects of employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with HR colleagues and demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization's vision and values.
  • Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations, including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues, and ensure efficient outcomes to close ER cases within a specified time frame.
  • Support employees and managers on terms and conditions of service, employment policies, and procedures.
  • Undertake absence management and exit leaving projects.
  • Offer advice on proposed re-organization structures, helping deliver and mitigating risk.
