About the Role

We are seeking an experienced tractor operator to join our team at Tregothnan Estate. As a key member of our maintenance, gardening, and forestry teams, you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our in-hand agricultural and amenity areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of in-hand agricultural land, including parkland and amenity areas
  • Driving and operating a tractor, sidearm attachments, and grass care equipment
  • Assisting the Maintenance, Garden, and Forestry Departments, as well as agricultural and groundwork contractors
Requirements
  • Previous experience with agricultural machinery, including hedge trimming, verge cutting, and mowing
  • Highly motivated, well-organized, and able to take direction
  • Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Keen attention to detail and proactive approach to work
  • Full UK driving license and own transport to travel to and from work
