About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Colleague to join our team at Currys plc. As a Sales Colleague, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling products, and supporting the overall sales performance of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
- Make every customer interaction memorable.
- Offer support services like delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay.
- Contribute towards the overall sales performance of the store.
- Work across different departments and product ranges.
- Support with the running of the store by completing operational tasks.
