Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Scania (Great Britain) Limited. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing user experiences and interfaces that are both intuitive and visually compelling.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research using various methods to gather industry and customer insights, user behaviors, and pain points.
- Utilize findings to inform UX design decisions and create solutions that align with business objectives.
- Lead on the UX design process, from ideation to implementation.
- Design visually appealing interfaces that are consistent with the existing design system and brand guidelines.
- Ensure that UI elements enhance usability and support the user experience.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to make informed design decisions.
- Continuously test and iterate on designs to optimize user experience and interface effectiveness.
- Confidently present design concepts and recommendations to senior stakeholders, using data and research to support decisions.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual with strong UX design skills and experience working within design systems. You should be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with stakeholders and work cross-functionally throughout the business.
