As an Assistant Manager at Welcome Break, you will play a key role in supporting the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit. This includes people management, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Unit Business Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer-facing staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient operation of the unit
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or over
  • Experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service
  • Passion for delivering great customer service
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle a range of tasks
  • Business-minded and focused on delivering profitable sales growth
