Your Role
- Lead and collaborate with a diverse, multi-disciplinary team alongside experienced Architects and Technical Delivery Managers.
- Engage directly with clients, playing a pivotal role in the design and execution of our software solutions.
- Promote and supervise the adoption of CI/CD and engineering best practices in project outcomes.
- Provide structure and technical assurance for your team's work, guiding the use of architectural and design patterns to ensure software quality.
- Offer both formal and informal guidance in developing strategies, frameworks, and standards as needed.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of commercial development experience with leading frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Django/Python, Node, .Net).
- Proven experience as a 'hands-on' full-stack developer, leading technical teams by example and exemplifying software engineering best practices.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (e.g., design patterns, microservice architectures, secure design approaches).
- Experience in delivering projects using DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Familiarity with cloud-native SaaS and PaaS solutions, preferably in Azure.
- Expertise in database design and implementation (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a clear sense of priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong planning and time management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and commitment to your role.
