About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to join the Landlord Product and Pricing team at Nationwide Building Society, who are responsible for managing the Buy-to-Let mortgage proposition. The team works closely with The Mortgage Works (TMW), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nationwide and the UK's largest buy-to-let lender in 2023.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor trading performance and propose product and pricing changes
  • Work closely with the product manager to drive forward the right customer and commercial outcomes
  • Use data analysis and stakeholder engagement to inform decision making
  • Maintain a robust controls environment on processes to ensure compliance with data requests and control reviews
Requirements
  • Analytical/numerical mindset with an aptitude for problem solving
