Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team, providing a high standard of care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering excellent care, with a focus on resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver person-centered care plans.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- SVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant in the UK or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and resident-centered care.
- Pension scheme.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave.

- Onsite parking.
