Job Title: Bid Finance Analyst

At Barclay Meade, we are seeking a highly skilled Bid Finance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial planning department, you will play a critical role in supporting the bid process for UK MOD and International Military Aircraft contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer bid requirements into actionable financial data and analysis to support the bid process.
  • Consolidate bids and cost data from across Leonardo Helicopters (UK, Italy, and other sites) and external partners as necessary.
  • Establish and predict the cash contract value, analyzing and predicting the cash accrual on an annual basis.
  • Provide cost/sales value projections year on year, critically reviewing proposals to ensure costs are complete.
  • Manage the risk from a financial perspective of the data used to support bid submissions for new contracts.
  • Support the UK and International business units through negotiations as required.
  • Complete financial analysis for contract flow down between legal entities and departments.

Requirements:

  • Depth of understanding of aircraft financial data and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
