As a TMT M&A Associate at Goodman Masson, you will engage in the dynamic sectors of Technology, Media, and Telecommunications, focusing on both the UK and international markets, including EMEA, Asia, and North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of ongoing transactions within the division, including M&A activities, financing, and capital market operations.
  • Assist senior bankers in providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

Additional Duties:

  • Generate strategic ideas to enhance client offerings.
  • Prepare comprehensive pitch books and discussion materials.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Develop various financial models, including operating, capital, merger, and LBO models.

Qualifications:

  • A solid background in investment banking with relevant transaction experience; TMT exposure is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional financial modeling skills, including experience with operating and merger models.
  • Familiarity with both buy-side and sell-side M&A processes.
  • Strong project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and banking professionals.
  • Outstanding analytical abilities.
  • Proven teamwork skills.
