We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day management of defects and implement strategic policies to promote efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the resolution of defects at handover and end of defects period, working with inspection teams.
- Monitor ongoing repair work to ensure contract standards are met.
- Oversee the performance of sub-contractors and address recurring issues.
- Manage the final inspection process at the end of the defect liability period.
- Report on aftercare issues to the Aftercare Lead, including developer, inspector, and sub-contractor performance.
- Experience working for a volume housebuilder.
- Up to £38k basic salary (dependent on experience).
- Monday-Friday working hours.
- Hybrid working hours with 1 day from home.
- Free lunch on Wednesdays.
- Pension contributions.
Please note that relevant experience is essential for this position.
