Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Kenect Professional. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of our company, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Process and reconcile day-to-day transactions
* Manage customer and supplier accounts, including credit control and reconciliations
* Produce customer statements and reminder letters as required
* Process supplier payments and refunds
* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Manage company expenses

**Requirements:**

* Supervision and team leadership skills
* Strong attention to detail and math skills
* Experience with accounting software, specifically SAGE
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
