Our client, a dynamic software organization, is presenting a remarkable opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join their committed team with training.

As a vital member of the IT support division, you will deliver both telephone and on-site assistance to clients nationwide, addressing a variety of software and hardware technology challenges.


This full-time position will enable you to broaden and enhance your practical IT expertise while collaborating with a motivated and friendly team.

We seek individuals with outstanding communication abilities, a rapid learning capacity, and a warm and clear approach.

Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical assistance concerning customized business management software systems to existing clients.
Deliver technical support to current customers utilizing a tailored eCommerce platform.
Administer basic SQL databases.
Assist and train existing clients on-site when necessary.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs and servers.
Manage client, server, and network security.
Configure and support multi-site LAN, WAN, and VOIP systems.
Offer technical support for our client's bespoke eCommerce platform.

As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to remotely assist existing customers with their business management software systems, both on desktop and mobile platforms.

Additionally, you will administer basic SQL databases and provide on-site technical assistance and training when necessary.

Skills Required:
To excel in this position, knowledge and experience in Microsoft client/server environments, Microsoft SQL, and networking technologies are advantageous.

Our ideal candidate is bright, driven, and energetic, with a passion for learning and technology.

An IT qualification/education or previous working experience in an IT role is preferred, as it demonstrates your commitment to the field.


Occasional overnight stays might be required for customer visits outside the local area, so having a driving licence and access to a car is essential.
