- Work on voids and occupied properties, including repairs and minor carpentry/guttering when needed
- Develop skills and knowledge by tackling a variety of repairs/maintenance in social housing properties
- Experience working in social housing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary of £32,000 - £34,000
- A van and fuel card for work-related travel
- A 40-hour working week with opportunities for overtime
