Electrical Installation Specialist Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Electrical Installation Specialist to join their team at HMP Warren Hill prison. As a key member of the facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical installations throughout the prison.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure electrical installations are safe and compliant.
  • Collaborate with other facilities management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements:
  • Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations, 17th, or 18th Edition.
  • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) or NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working in a role as an electrician, preferably within a healthcare, military, or commercial environment.
  • Honest and conscientious character, with ability to approach challenges calmly and positively.
