Role Overview: Are you ready to take on a rewarding challenge? If you are passionate about delivering a vibrant and diverse array of theatre, film, and culinary experiences, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our theatre, cinema screens, café/bar areas, and community rental spaces. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, staff leadership, and program coordination to ensure exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of the venue, including cinema, theatre, café/bar, and community events.
  • Inspire and guide staff, providing clear direction and support to team leaders for their success.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee revenue management, ticket pricing strategies, and explore additional income opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in a management capacity, preferably within the arts, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong financial skills and experience in budget oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A proven track record of balancing corporate objectives with service delivery requirements.
  • Experience in marketing and audience engagement strategies.
