About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our project management team in Plymouth. As a project management graduate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues, while also conducting individual study towards achieving chartered surveyor status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from start to finish, working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Conduct individual study and research to achieve chartered surveyor status, with support from our industry-leading RICS APC programme

Training and Progression

We offer a comprehensive training programme, including mentorship from experienced colleagues, training sessions with an external APC coach, and quarterly assessments. You will also have the opportunity to join a formal development programme after gaining chartership, focusing on commerciality, leadership, and business development.
