Teaching Personnel is seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Behavioural Support Specialist, you will work with pupils who require additional support due to behavioural difficulties, emotional needs, medical needs, relocation, or academic improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one tuition to pupils with behavioural difficulties, emotional needs, or medical needs.
  • Support pupils in achieving academic improvement and reaching their full potential.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on pupil progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher with QTS or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with behavioural difficulties, emotional needs, or medical needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
