Location: Cardiff and surrounding areas along the M4

Rate: £255 - £255 p/d

This is an inclusive rate, covering any expected travel expenses.

IR35 Determination: Outside of scope

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team on an ongoing contract basis, with a minimum of 6 months' longevity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting housing surveys across the South Wales region, including Cardiff, Newport, and Caerphilly.

The role will involve management surveys with R&D elements, focusing on social housing type properties, as well as surveying communal areas, re-inspections, and external elements.

Requirements
  • P402 or RSPH qualification
  • Experience in asbestos surveying, particularly in management surveys with R&D elements
  • Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor
  • Own transportation and necessary tools, including a half-mask, recent face-fit test, and asbestos awareness certification
  • Experience with TEAM's software, an advantage
