Duty Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre (Albert Dock). As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are welcoming, safe, and brilliant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a winning partnership between our leadership and housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure that all hotel operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to achieve business objectives and improve hotel performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel management or operations role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
