About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of all aspects of a transition and change project within a controlled project environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret client requirements and processes, and translate them into system solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage system configuration activities and ensure quality to meet the highest standards.
  • Lead client implementation projects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide system training, documentation, and troubleshooting support to clients.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct testing and quality control activities to ensure system integrity.
  • Support the technical development of technology platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Experience in project leadership and team management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of the UK Pension industry and related processes, including regulatory bodies and system set up.
  • Understanding of pension schemes and the ability to produce specifications based on client requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Access, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
