Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Executive to join our home-based sales team. As an Insurance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality advisory service to our clients, recommending insurance providers and their policies that meet their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consultative service to clients, ensuring their best interests are met
- Use our advanced quotation system to take clients through a fact-finding process to determine their wants and needs
- Overcome objections by highlighting the features and benefits of our products and services
- Convert leads into sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience selling private medical insurance or other insurance products
- Proven sales experience in a high-volume telesales role with a drive to work with and convert warm leads
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven sales environment and meet KPI expectations
- Excellent communication skills, including questioning and listening
- Ability to learn and pick up product knowledge to provide best advice
What We Offer
- A guaranteed basic salary of £35,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure with high OTE of £70k - £100k
- Remote working with occasional office visits for training
