About the Role

Vibrance is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Manager to join our team in Woodford Green. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and enabling people with learning disabilities to actively participate in their communities.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering services to individuals with complex needs and will be responsible for ensuring that service users receive a high-quality service. This will involve managing and supervising a dispersed staff team, coordinating and delivering a flexible service that meets the needs of service users, and working closely with other agencies and professional bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quality of service provided and implement improvements to reflect the needs of service users
  • Manage care support provided to service users in a non-judgmental way, based on trust, honesty, transparency, and professional standards
  • Support service users with daily living tasks and outings as appropriate and development reviews
  • Liaise with other agencies and professional bodies to achieve common goals and highlight areas of concern
  • Assist in ensuring all appropriate records are maintained, in accordance with regulatory bodies and legislation
